Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services
The Designer provides logo design and related creative services as per the selected package. All services, deliverables, and timelines are defined based on the package chosen by the Client at the time of purchase.
2. Pricing & Packages
All packages, pricing, and included services are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Designer without prior notice. The applicable pricing shall be the one confirmed at the time of order placement.
3. Advance Payment Policy
A non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total project cost is required before the commencement of any design work. Work will not begin until the advance payment has been received and confirmed.
4. No Refund Policy
The 50% advance payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind by the Client
- Cancellation of the project by the Client
- Delay or lack of communication from the Client
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences
This policy is in place because the Designer invests time, effort, creative resources, and expertise immediately upon project initiation.
5. Project Initiation & Work Commitment
Upon receipt of the advance payment, the Designer commits to allocating time and resources to the Client’s project. The Client acknowledges that this commitment prevents the Designer from undertaking other work during that period.
6. Revisions & Deliverables
Revisions, concepts, and deliverables will be provided strictly according to the selected package. Any additional revisions or services outside the package may be chargeable.
7. Final Payment & File Delivery
The remaining 50% payment must be completed before the final files, source files, or any transferable assets are delivered to the Client.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Full ownership rights of the final approved logo/design will be transferred to the Client only after complete payment is received. Until then, all rights remain with the Designer.
9. Client Responsibility
The Client agrees to provide clear instructions, timely feedback, and necessary information required for the project. Delays caused by the Client may affect timelines.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By making the advance payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
